WHAT TRAINING MATERIALS ARE AVAILABLE TO ME? Your Upline should have added you to the BGG START STRONG group where you have four brilliant videos to watch before you "graduate" and get added into YOUNIVERSITY. There is a wealth of material in there to help you build your business and hit the ground running. There are regularly live training events in: BEYOUTY GOES GLOBAL BLUSHING BELLES

HOW DO I SET UP A PARTY? Go to your back office on your website. Click on PARTIES then SCHEDULE A PARTY. You will have the option to choose who will receive the party rewards. I.e. You, a hostess or anyone else (this option allows you to share the party link and let anyone claim it!) Then you need to choose your theme. Click on the appropriate one to move forward. On the next page you have the option to ammend the welcome message your party guests will see. When you're done, you're ready to party!

HOW LONG DOES A PARTY LAST 10 Days but you can close a party early to receive party rewards

HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO SELL TO QUALIFY FOR PARTY REWARDS?

200 PRS which is £160 in sales. You can find out about the levels and rewards by clicking on the pink "?" On the party points counter on your party home page.

HOW DO I SEE MY ROYALTIES?

In your back office, click on ROYALTIES and you will see your progress, including your PRS and TEAM PRS, and royalty value for the month.

WHERE DO I GET PAID?

After an order is placed through your website, You will receive an email from PayQuicker inviting you to Activate your account. This is your online bank account where your royalties will be paid. You will need a form of Photo ID to activate your account (Passport, Driving License, Citizen Card etc)

Once you earn £50 royalties a pre-paid card will be sent out to you. (Or you can request it before you earn £50)

Younique Corporate are in talks with PayQuicker on lowering and possibly eradicating the charges. Currently they cover the monthly fees and the fee to be sent out a card.

On your ROYALTIES page, click on the drop down menu and select the month you would like to see.

Send your prospective sponsors to your website and instruct them to click JOIN and REGISTER NOW.

Your responsibilities as a sponsor are to help your downline to be connected to the training and support available. You need to live the mission. Uplift, Validate and Empower your sponsors. Be there for them and treat them with respect and kindness as you lead them on this journey.

WHAT ARE THE PROMOTIONS, AND HOW DO I ACHIEVE THEM?

ENTRY LEVEL White- Everyone begins on white. You need 125 to become a qualified white. I recommend you aim to at least qualify every month to remain active and keep your business growing. 20% commission. Yellow - When you reach 1,000 LIFETIME PRS (There is no time limit to achieve this) You will receive a permanent payrise to 25%

EXEMPLARY LEVEL Pink- You will need:

250 Personal PRS 1 Sponsor who qualifies WHITE 2,000 WHOLESALE COMPANY PRS (75% of the retail PRS) 25% commission and 3% on the company sales.

Blue- You will need:

250 Personal PRS 2 Sponsors who qualify WHITE 4,000 WHOLESALE COMPANY PRS 25% Commission and 4% on the company sales.

ELITE LEVEL

Green: (This is where the fun begins) You will Need:

500 Personal PRS 3 sponsors qualify WHITE 2,000 CIRCLE SALES (Everyone in your downline is in your circle until someone below you hits green) 10,000 Company Wholesales

30% commission, 5% company sales and 3% first generation royalties

Orange - You will need

500 Personal PRS 3 Sponsors who qualify WHITE 4,000 Circle Sales (Sales from your Elites do not contribute to your circle) 20,000 Company Wholesale PRS 1 First Generation Elite presenter (Green or above)

30% Commission, 5% Company Sales, 3% First Generation royalties and 4% Second Generation royalties

EXCLUSIVE LEVEL

Purple - You will need

500 Personal PRS 4 Sponsors who qualify WHITE 6,000 Circle Sales 40,000 Company Wholesale PRS 2 First Generation Elite Presenters (Green or Above)

30% Commission, 6% Company Sales, 3% First Generation Royalties and 4% Second generation royalties

Black - You will need

500 Personal PRS 4 Sponsors who qualify WHITE 10,000 Circle Sales 80,000 Company Wholesale PRS 4 First Generation Elite Presenters (Green or Above)

30% Commission, 6% Circle sales, 3% First Generation Royalties, 4% Second Generation Royalties, 5% Third Generation Royalties.
